The whole flow takes about as long as walking back to your own car.
Enter the plate
Type the plate number of the car in your way. The lookup tells you whether it is registered with ParkAlert — never who owns it.
The owner gets a notification
Pick what the problem is, add a note if you want, and send. It arrives on the owner's phone straight away.
Talk it through, privately
The alert opens a conversation between the two of you. Message, or call inside the app. No number changes hands.

Privacy
You are only ever a nickname
Everyone in ParkAlert sees a name we generate for them, and nothing else. That is not a setting you have to find — it is the only way the app works.

Your own car
Register your plate so someone can reach you
It works both ways. A registered plate means the next person who needs you to move can say so in a few seconds — without ever learning that the car is yours.
- Registering a plate lets people alert you about it. It never reveals that the vehicle is yours.
- Spaces and dashes do not matter — plates are stored without them.
- Remove a plate at any time and people stop being able to reach you about it.
After the alert
Sorting it out without ever swapping details
Sending the notification is the start of the conversation, not the end of it.
Private messages
Every alert opens a conversation between just the two of you, with messages that arrive live. Either side can block, report, or close it when the problem is solved.
Calls with no number
When typing is too slow, call through ParkAlert. The call is relayed and time-limited, and neither side sees a phone number.
Verification
Confirming your identity unlocks the features that need it, like voice calls. Your documents are never shown to another user, and cannot be downloaded from the app.

The same app that lets people reach you keeps the paperwork that comes with owning a car — and tells you when something is due.
A vault for its paperwork
Service bills, insurance, registration, warranties and manuals, filed under the car they belong to. Only you can see them.
Every service, on time
Track oil, tyres, brakes, battery, AC and more — by distance, by date, or whichever comes first. ParkAlert reminds you before each is due, by notification or email, and before insurance and registration expire.
Ask about your car
“When did I last change the brake pads?” AI reads your bills and answers from your own records — nobody else's — with the document it came from.
Hand it all to the buyer
Selling? Export the car's history — a summary and every document — as one file to send. Your name, number and private notes stay out.
